Ford-People backs Kibaki's decision

Ford-People yesterday supported President Kibaki in his decision to quash the suspension of Education minister Sam Ongeri and his Agriculture counterpart William Ruto. The two had been suspended by Prime minister Raila Odinga. Speaking in Keumbu at a meeting of party leaders from Nyaribari Chache branch, the party's director of elections, Mr James Kenani, said Mr Odinga overstepped his mandate and should have first consulted with the President.
