The birth of a newborn child is often associated with elation but in West Mugirango constituency, Nyamira District, a couple has been left stunned and petrified after their baby girl was born with one thigh and a deformed hand. Jackline Kemunto Omenge was delivered at home, while her father made arrangements to rush his wife to Nyamira district hospital.
