Hon Nyambatis Abscence halts Kitutu Masaba case

The hearing of an election petition against Kitutu Masaba MP Walter Nyambati was yesterday adjourned until February 7. The decision was arrived at by the High Court following a successful application by Mr Nyambati's lawyer Alphaxard Mogikoyo who argued that his client was in Germany on official duty. However, Mr Otiende Amollo for the petitioner, Mr Justus Mong'umbu Omiti, opposed the application saying it was a delaying tactic.
