The hearing of a poll petition against Kitutu Masaba MP Walter Nyambati (above) resumes at the Kisii High Court today. The case was adjourned last week after Mr Nyambati's lawyer, Mr Jackson Omwenga said lead lawyer Mr Alphaxard Osoro Mogikoyo was ill after a snake reportedly coiled itself around him in his Kisii hotel room. Granting the adjournment, Justice Milton Makhandia said whatever happened to Mr Mogikoyo was grave and ordered police to investigate and report their findings to the court on February 17.
