Woman, 52, Murdered in Gucha South

A woman who went missing last week was yesterday morning found murdered in a sugarcane plantation in Gucha South. The decomposing body of Anna Kwamboka, 52, was found by his son.

It is suspected that she was killed by her husband after a domestic row after a drinking spree last Tuesday in Momonyara sub-location. The man suspect was arrested and taken to Ogembo police station for questioning.  Local police chief Richard Ng'etich said the suspect will be arraigned in court charged with murder.
