Cow presents Nyamira family with joy as it delivers 3 calves

A family in Bogeka village, Nyamira county is over joyed after a cow they own delivered three calves in two hours.  Speaking at his home Walter Obwoge said he was dumbfounded when the animal delivered the female ‘triplets’. He said after some minutes, the cow delivered the second and third identical calves, attracting several villagers into his home. “I am surprised and at the same time happy because the cow has delivered normally without complications,” said Obwoge.

The peasant farmer said he thought good feeding could have led to the multiple calving an thanked God for the blessing. He however said the family will not milk the cow as it might not be enough for the calves. He said he will commit his time to feed the dam to produce enough milk for the calves.
