Premier hands kit to Kisii clubs for Raila Cup

Prime Minister Raila Odinga has embarked on distribution of balls, uniform, and boots to teams expected to participate in his sponsored Raila Cup tournament. During a tour of Kisii, the PM gave out the kit to clubs in Kisii and Nyamira counties to prepare for his tournament. The teams will fight it out at county levels with the first three teams rewarded by the PM. Raila gave out 30 balls and 30 bales of uniform and shoes in Kisii. The PM said teams that win in the tournament will join the Nationwide league and if they qualify from that league they will later join the main league. Raila challenged Southern Nyanza teams to fight it out and ensure they are back into the Main league. The Prime Minister was speaking during an elder’s meeting at the Kisii Sports Club.
