Mr Nyachae said that contrary to allegations by Siakago MP Justin Muturi in Parliament last Wednesday, Sansora Oil Limited applied for and was allocated the land in 1985.
Mr Nyachae, the party leader of Ford People, said following the acquisition of the land, Sansora Oil started building a factory, which was completed in 1986.
There was uproar in the House last week when Mr Muturi tabled a document showing that the company had been allocated the land last month.
Questionable allocations
Mr Muturi, the Opposition chief whip, had accused the Government of abetting land grabbing, contrary to a statement by Internal Security assistant minister Mirugi Kariuki.
The assistant minister, in his contribution to a private member's motion, had praised the Government, saying it had stopped questionable land allocations.
But the Siakago MP accused the Government of giving lip service to land grabbing. He then tabled the copy of a two-page allotment letter and map, signed by an official for the commissioner of Lands.
