Ongeri said the government should realise that provision of security to her people is one of its basic roles.
He said the districts had been turned into zones of robbery, and murder.
He said the Government had the necessary machinery to fight crime, yet it had failed to do so.
The former Nyaribari Masaba MP said he would lead demonstrations in the three districts to drive home their disappointment in the government.
He said a day hardly passes without someone being murdered. He asked National Security minister Chris Murungaru and Police Commissioner Hussein Ali to explain why the residents could not enjoy security and yet they paid tax.
Speaking during the burial of his cousin, Naftali Aita Nyangeri, at Gesusu village in Masimba division, Ongeri criticised MPs from the area for down playing the issue.
He asked the MPs to step down and pave way for brave leaders, who can address the matter.
