He said his enemies were out to intimidate him because of his involvement in ODM-Kenya but vowed not to be swayed.
"I know the raid at my home was organised by my political opponents. They should get it clear that I have no regrets for my political stand in national politics at the moment," he told The Sunday Standard on telephone.
"God will punish them but police must investigate the attack thoroughly and arrest its perpetrators," he added.
The MP was reacting to an incident where arsonists attempted to burn down his house in Nyatike, Gucha District, a week ago. They petrol bombed the newly built house and damaged two rooms. In a message written on the house, the raiders claimed that they had raided the home since Magara had failed to employ them.
"I am not an employer and my constituents know it. That was a diversionary tactic by those behind the attack that also portrays our community in bad light," the MP said.
