Mr Nyachae termed as mere political propaganda reports that he was about to wound up his party and rejoin Kanu as its national chairman.
"We are a firm party that will never dissolve itself to join any other but instead we will be ready to welcome any other group willing to join us," he declared.
The Nyaribari Chache MP was addressing mourners in Mosocho during the burial of Mr Justus Nyambane, a nephew of former Cabinet Minister James Nyamweya.
He was accompanied by local MP Jimmy Angwenyi and colleagues Hezron Manduku and Joel Onyancha.
Mr Nyachae accused the Narc government of isolating the Kisii community for supporting him and his party in the last General Election.
"Almost all the Kisiis known to have rallied behind me in the last elections who were in the government have been pushed out and are being replaced with those from areas that voted for Narc," he claimed.
He said he would soon lodge a formal complaint about harassment of Kisiis with President Kibaki.
He, however, did not name those he said were being removed from the government for political reasons.
Mr Nyachae announced that a meeting of all Kisii leaders will be held on October 27 at Gusii Institute of Technology to map out strategies on how to improve education standards and take a common stand on constitutional matters. At the same time, a member of the ruling coalition has accused the Government of reneging on its pre-election pledges.
As a result, public confidence in the ruling party was being eroded, said Gem MP Jakoyo Midiwo.
He cited promises which, he said, enabled the National Rainbow Coalition to win votes during the General Election last December. These included fighting insecurity and creating jobs.
Mr Midiwo was speaking during a funds drive at Nyamninia Secondary School in his constituency at the weekend.
A total of Sh243,757 was raised to help complete the construction of the school's library.
