Club spokesman Peter Omwando said there was nothing to indicate that they had been demoted.
"We only read about our relegation in the papers and have not received a formal letter about our fate. As far as we're concerned, we are still in the Premier League this season.
The club has signed up several new players in the run-up to the 2003/2004 league whose kick off date has not been announced.
Among the new signings is Kenya under-19 international striker John Osoro.
Omwando said they snapped up the 18-year-old when completed his studies last year.
Meanwhile, four clubs have been promoted by the Nyanza South KFF branch to take part in the Western Zone national super league.
Branch secretary Johana Omare said Orembe, Nyabururu, Sportiff Milimani and Bayern clubs would play this weekend.
Kisii Telkom has been dropped because their backers, Kenya Posts and Telecommunications Corporation, withdrew its sponsorship. Milimani will play in their place.
