Village Raid: 16 Youths Arrested

Sixteen youths suspected to be members of the notorious chinkororo gang have been arrested in Kisii.

Nyanza PPO David Korir yesterday said they were interrogating the suspects over a recent raid on a local village. Korir said the suspects were rounded up at Nyosia village in Keumbu Division where residents were on Saturday night attacked and robbed. Several women were raped in the night of terror.
