Everybody should be made to realize that it is of great interest to all peace-lovers in our country and as it reflects the same to all omogusii community that ever since time immemorial, omogusii has been a provider and a neighbor-lover to all tribes surrounding him. I believe that to date, history remains the same. No political or other invasion does the omogusii carry out to his neighbours at all, not even during war time.
Bomachoge aspirant MP Mr. Peter Momanyi, Ogembo Town Council Chairman Mr. David Lucas Nyanga`u (now touring USA, Raleigh, NC), Ford People Office bearers North Carolina namely Mr. Saul Barongo Nyakeri (Chairman) and Mr Christopher Abuga Ondieki (Secretary), the Kenyan community in NC and Ford People supporters have all collectively condemned with very strong terms the hooliganism and personal attacks made against the minister for Roads Hon. Simeon Nyachae in some parts of Nairobi, Kisii, Mombasa, Sotik, Kericho and the media.
Whoever had ill motive attacks to Hon. Nyachae should be made aware that Nyachae is a qualitative leader, a man of great vision who is for both the poor and the rich. We condemn those unwarranted attacks and unsubstantiated remarks about Hon Nyachae. He is a man who loves unity, development and peace.
William Ruto of ODM has every right to go to every part of the country for his campaign but has no right by all costs to invade somebody`s meeting in another constituency and utter anti-political terms expecting people of the area to jump up and praise him for such remarks.
It`s high time people rise up and realize they need to respect and give moral support to his Hon. Simeon Nyachae, who is a real leader for omogusii and the entire country. He is for the goodness of everybody with no regard of tribal affiliation. He is a man of more experience and tolerant to the poor in the society. We request that those opposed to him to respect his name as a national figure.”
The chairman of Ogembo Town Council in Gucha District Mr. David Lucas Nyanga`u and Aspirant MP for Bomachoge constituency Peter Momanyi now touring USA had a brief meeting with Mayor Charles Meeker of Raleigh, NC. They agreed to venture into joint business deals especially in soapstone and other related areas dealing with business last week.
