MP’s Brother in the US Reacts to the Nyachae Incident

Mr.Titus Magara, the brother to James Omingo Magara, denounced Nyachae’s selfish ego towards S. Mugirango constituency. Titus said “Nyachae appointed Hon. Reuben Oyondi to the E. African parliament under Ford People; he has no interest in S. Mugirango at heart. There were young, educated and credible people to nominate from S. Mugirango than his old folks who are grand fathers with no heart for S. Mugirango.


He brought former MP, David Kombo whose legacy people are crying about to date on education and academic performance, poor administration in schools where Kombo and Oyondi used to transfer Headmasters who are politically opposite to them. Kombo at one time mislead the constituents in two locations of Botabori and Bogetenga concerning the boundary at Etago DO’s office. It is Kombo who passed the law that those with sugar cane should not process Sukari Nguru, which was hard for S. Mugirango farmers because they used to do it at night under fear of arrest. His term in office had no rural access roads as the whole constituency was impassable.


When Nyachae took the ministry of roads he stopped and cancelled the already passed bill of tarmarcking Kamagambo, Etago; Mogunga road on the notion that it will give James Omingo Magara credit which he didn’t want. Three months ago Nyachae directed Hon. Obwocha, minister for Energy and Planning to cancel any rural electrification program projects in S. Mugirango. Any companies which disobeyed the order were told that their contract will not be renewed. S. Mugirango has suffered enough where Nyachae should concentrate in Nyaribari and leave S. Mugirango alone. He cannot use S. Mugirango constituents as his base of thuggery for political mileage.
For the respect of my parents, I know Nyachae loves his mother; he should stop attacking Omingo and creating disturbance to my parents. They killed my brother Nyakieya the former MP, the best he could do is to kill Omingo and take S. Mugirango. He cannot even see how Kenyans are rioting all over because of his character. Where is Nyachae going to campaign for PANU to reelect Kibaki when he is promoting violence to support his allies?”
